Family of 7 (including a toddler and dog) stayed for a long weekend and had a great experience at Sandy's home, very comfortable and clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for all of us and the location is perfect, 10-15 minutes from all the major Conway attractions while set back from the busy roads and very private. Our dog doesn't play well with others so we really enjoyed the fenced in backyard for extra peace of mind during our stay. Extra towels and linens were great, kitchen is well stocked. Ran low on S&P but we reloaded for the next guests, that seems to be a nice trend here. Sandy and Stephanie are great hosts! Very responsive and helpful and even extended late checkout for us upon request. Overall we had a wonderful time and it was the perfect place to relax after a long day of activities! 10/10 absolutely recommend and we would definitely book here again. Thanks again!

Could not pick a better location! Ptivate with fenced in yard for dogs! So close to hiking, skiing, shopping and restaurants. We loved the open layout of the home and we felt right at home. We had a short stay ( 2 adults 2 dogs) and could easily see how ideal the setting and home is for families. We loved our short stay...our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! Find us

There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. The roads are hilly (its the mountains!) but well maintained, although in the winter months you will need a vehicle that is good in snow to get around!
