Family of 7 (including a toddler and dog) stayed for a long weekend and had a great experience at Sandy's home, very comfortable and clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for all of us and the location is perfect, 10-15 minutes from all the major Conway attractions while set back from the busy roads and very private. Our dog doesn't play well with others so we really enjoyed the fenced in backyard for extra peace of mind during our stay. Extra towels and linens were great, kitchen is well stocked. Ran low on S&P but we reloaded for the next guests, that seems to be a nice trend here. Sandy and Stephanie are great hosts! Very responsive and helpful and even extended late checkout for us upon request. Overall we had a wonderful time and it was the perfect place to relax after a long day of activities! 10/10 absolutely recommend and we would definitely book here again. Thanks again!

This was the second time we stayed here. Sandy and Jeff are very responsive and it was again a positive experience and stay. This is a nice house to be relaxed and the kids had fun, the movie room downstairs was a happy surprise for them. It is located near some nice lakes and we had no trouble getting food at local places around here. We would recommend.
